One thing I have been thinking about during my life is BDE.This is one method fordiscussion andanalysis foe decision making by group. Please anyone effectively use this tool as applicable.Scope: Theoretically, BDE could be used at various levels from private to nation, but excludes religious and too complex political matters. Under different political systems , BDE would work well for individual discussions.The more figurative things, the decisions are the easier to use. Particularly, I hope BDE is used effectively foe company operation. Please adjust inconvenient working procedures, if any. If discussion and analysis do not work as intended, the basic idea must be good.In the long history of democracy, this procedure may be the most ideal and final form of democracy.　By basically same idea, President Kennedy solved the Cuban Crisis　(Nuclear War between Russia and America).　Companies willingly use this idea would develop. I also hope that schools use this idea for education and training.
